Review access, drainage, screens, seals and cleaning verification in a goji processing line.
Follow the residue
Goji skin, seeds and viscous pulp can accumulate in different places. The design review should follow the actual product path through receiving, separation, tanks, pumps, valves and filling interfaces.
Access is part of the design
Ask how a screen is removed, how a seal is inspected and whether a valve cavity drains in its installed position. Include working room, lifting needs and safe isolation. A polished external surface is not evidence that the internal circuit is cleanable.
Separate cleaning from process validation
Document the cleaning route and its verification points. If the final system is aseptic, define the additional validated sterilisation and release boundary. Do not substitute a generic CIP skid description for evidence from the installed line.
