Troubleshoot goji pulp texture, foam and unstable throughput
Investigate goji processing symptoms using paired samples, measurement boundaries and process-history records.
Uneven texture or visible fragments
Compare incoming berries, prepared feed, accepted pulp and rejects from the same period. Check feed condition, screen integrity, rotor setup and reject behaviour before changing several variables at once.
Foam or inconsistent filling weight
Distinguish air entrainment from an unstable product supply or a weighing problem. Look at open transfers, pump suction and level control. Record density and temperature when comparing mass and volume; do not silently substitute one for the other.
Apparent capacity loss
Verify that the two compared figures share a boundary. Receiving weight, drained hydrated feed, separator flow and packed output include different streams and delays. Then examine interruptions, cleaning, rejected material and the actual limiting operation.
Colour changes during a run
Collect samples at defined times and locations, then review oxygen exposure, waiting periods and temperature history. A single end-of-line photograph cannot isolate the cause. For a product-safety concern, follow the site hold/release procedure and responsible process authority.
