Information you choose to send
The enquiry includes contact details and the project fields you submit. A measurement brief is attached only after you explicitly choose it. Do not submit sensitive personal records or confidential customer data that are unnecessary for the equipment discussion.
Processing and delivery
The website uses Cloudflare hosting and Turnstile for abuse prevention. Submitted enquiries pass to the configured email recipients so the project can be assessed and answered. Technical delivery status is separate from whether a person has read the message.
Storage in your browser
An explicitly saved technical brief remains in this tab’s session storage. Editing or clearing it invalidates the saved version. Contact details and the free-text enquiry are not intentionally saved there. A limited delivery reference, status and timestamp may be retained in this tab’s session storage for up to seven days to discourage accidental repeat sends.
Your choices
Clear the technical brief in the tool, close the session or use browser storage controls. Clearing a delivery receipt may remove duplicate-send protection. For enquiry access, correction or deletion requests, contact sales@gojiberryprocessingline.com and provide the delivery reference where available. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
