Preserve a clear receiving boundary
Record the fresh-fruit weight before sorting and any water carried into later stages. Describe arrival condition, maturity, transport containers and expected seasonal variation. The useful equipment question is how this material will be presented consistently to separation.
Build the preparation path
Start with gentle receiving and inspection, then specify washing and drainage against berry integrity and soil load. Coordinate the transfer to pulping to avoid uncontrolled drops and queues. Trial samples should include both the accepted pulp and the seed/skin stream.
Define the product after separation
A puree texture target, a juice solids target and a concentrated product require different downstream decisions. Oxygen exposure and temperature history should be tracked through transfer, treatment and filling, not just at one machine.

Use fresh received weight for a raw-feed requirement, or explicitly select finished-product output. Include the intended pack and whether the requirement is planned or measured.
