Frozen whole-goji berry processing line

Specify loose or blocked frozen goji berries, controlled preparation, drip handling and downstream separation.

Confirm that the fruit is still whole

Loose frozen berries and frozen fruit blocks impose different receiving and preparation duties. Frozen pulp is a different intake: choose existing pulp when the seeds and skins have already been processed upstream.

Make ice and drip visible

State the incoming container and tare, fruit temperature and any visible ice condition. Decide whether thaw liquid stays with the product. If it is removed, weigh or measure it as a separate stream rather than concealing it in a yield comparison.

Match preparation to the pulper

The downstream machine needs a feed it can accept consistently. Evaluate block handling, tempering and transfer using the actual material. Do not prescribe a generic warm-water or time-temperature recipe without product and safety validation.

Record history as well as temperature

A temperature reading at the inlet does not reveal the duration of earlier storage or waiting. Keep the arrival, preparation and transfer sequence with the trial samples.
