Integrate a goji line with utilities and bulk packaging
Define product, service and responsibility interfaces between goji preparation, processing and filling.
Draw the battery limits
List the first supplied receiving point and the final supplied product connection. Mark customer-side equipment, cold storage, utilities, bag supply, drainage and material handling. Integration errors often begin where each party assumes the other owns a connection.
Reconcile the operating rhythm
A batch rehydration vessel, continuous separator and cyclic bulk filler need a coordinated schedule. Assess hold-up and buffering against quality, hygiene and traceability requirements; a bigger tank is not automatically the best solution.
Agree the service conditions
Confirm heating and cooling supplies, electrical system, air quality, water, drainage and available access. State each service at the equipment interface and during simultaneous operation, rather than quoting disconnected nominal values.
- Product: material, temperature, flow, pressure and permitted residence.
- Mechanical: elevations, pipe interfaces and maintenance space.
- Control: ready signals, diversion response, interlocks and stopped-line behaviour.
