Fresh, frozen, dried or prepared: define your goji feed
Separate four goji incoming materials and record the preparation and evidence each route needs.
Describe the physical material, not only its name
“Goji” may mean soft fresh berries, frozen whole fruit, dried berries or pulp bought from another processor. State the packaging, lot condition and temperature. If the product is frozen pulp, choose existing pulp and describe its frozen form; do not choose frozen whole berries.
Keep the receiving record
Capture gross and net quantity, rejected material, packaging tare where relevant and the measurement time. For dried berries include the incoming moisture evidence. For prepared pulp include supplier composition and any previous heat treatment.
Match sampling to the seasonal range
A trial lot should represent the variation the proposed line will actually receive. Describe changes in maturity, firmness, moisture, contamination or storage history instead of declaring one favourable sample a universal guarantee.

And what needs to go out.
