Start with a measurable duty

Write the quantity, time basis, material condition and measurement location in one sentence. “500 kg/h of dried berries before added water” and “500 kg/h of hydrated feed” are different requirements even when they sit beside the same machine.

Match constraints before comparing price

Trace the limiting operation: inspection labour, batch rehydration, feed preparation, separation, thermal duty, filling cycle or cleaning time. A nameplate value for one machine does not establish saleable output from the installed line.

• Separate planned capacity from trial-measured results.
• State production hours and cleaning/changeover windows.
• Ask which product properties and utility conditions bound the quotation.

Define acceptance in observable terms

Agree on the test material, operating duration, quantities, sampled quality attributes and packaging boundary. Record who supplies the sample, testing, utilities and operators. Use the measurement-basis tool to attach an explicit capacity statement to your enquiry.
