Choose the product before choosing the machine list
Puree retains a defined pulp texture. A juice route needs an agreed cloud or clarification target. Concentrate adds a water-removal duty whose feasibility depends on the actual feed. None of these names alone specifies the raw material or the preservation process.
What changes between the routes
The same receiving stage may serve different downstream objectives, but a finer screen cannot substitute for a clarification specification and an evaporator cannot be added without considering viscosity and cleaning.
- Puree: agree seed/skin separation, texture and pumpability.
- Juice: define accepted suspended solids, clarity and sediment behaviour.
- Concentrate: establish inlet and endpoint measurements, product behaviour and water-removal duty.
