What determines the configuration
System boundary
Confirm the relationship between upstream process release, filler readiness and handling of interrupted runs.
Throughput
Compare filling cycles, container exchange and line feed; a continuous upstream rate does not equal packs per hour.
Installation interfaces
Coordinate sterilisation services, clean utilities, product pressure, weighing, container handling and operator access.
Cleaning & maintenance access
Inspect product-contact and fitment interfaces under the validated cleaning/sterilisation procedures; retain changeover and interruption records.
