Concentration feasibility & interface for goji processing

Treat water removal as a separate product-development and equipment-selection decision.

DUTY 07C

In → process → out

Input
Characterised juice or puree with inlet solids, viscosity, fibre and foaming observations.
Output
Concentrated material at an agreed endpoint, plus separately accounted removed water and process losses.

An evaporation system couples product circulation, heat transfer, vapour separation, vacuum and discharge. Actual product behaviour determines whether the proposed arrangement is suitable.

What determines the configuration

Solids endpoint

Report inlet and target soluble solids with the measurement method; record insoluble material separately.

Physical limits

Evaluate thickening, deposits, foam and discharge behaviour over a trial, including start-up and end-of-run.

Mass balance

Measure all relevant streams. Neither a generic Brix ratio nor fresh/dry fruit conversion is a quoted production guarantee.

Installation interfaces

Steam or heating medium, vacuum, cooling, condensate, cleaning and the final heat-treatment/filling boundary need a coordinated balance.

Cleaning & maintenance access

Check accessible inspection points and cleaning of concentrated deposits; define evidence for a repeatable run length.
