What determines the configuration
Viscosity
Use representative pulp to check distribution and discharge rather than relying on a clear-water demonstration.
Process placement
Consider exposure before and after the vessel; later open transfers can reintroduce air.
Installation interfaces
Specify vacuum services, condensate handling, level control, product-pump coordination and cleaning access.
Cleaning & maintenance access
Include vessel surfaces, distribution parts, outlet path and foam carryover points in the cleaning assessment.
