- Prepared fresh, thawed or rehydrated berries; prepared pulp requires a separate assessment of whether refining is still useful.
- Output
- Pulp or juice-bearing stream and a separately collected seed/skin reject stream.
A rotor and perforated screen form the separation zone. Feed presentation, screen geometry, rotor setup and reject discharge work together; screen opening alone does not define the final texture.

Request the actual opening/geometry and accessible screen-change procedure for the offered machine.
Operating envelope
Assess throughput at the supplied material condition, not a rating transferred from another fruit.
Installation interfaces
The inlet must avoid starved or flooded operation. Separate product and reject outlets need room for hygienic collection and weighing.
Cleaning & maintenance access
Inspect screen perforations, seals and rotor clearance under the supplier procedure; make removal and reassembly practical for the operators.
