DUTY 03D

In → process → out

Input
Accepted dried berries with documented moisture condition and supplier lot.
Output
Rehydrated material with a defined liquid-retention and drainage boundary.

A suitable vessel combines measured fruit loading, a metered water inlet, controlled mixing where needed, accessible discharge and collection of any removed soak liquid.

What determines the configuration

Recipe basis

Record dried-fruit mass before water addition. A hydrated batch weight cannot replace it.

Water and drainage

Specify whether soak liquid enters the product, is partly retained or is removed. Name the drainage method and interval.

Batch scheduling

Match loading, holding, discharge and cleaning to the downstream pulper schedule; nominal vessel volume is not hourly fruit capacity.

Installation interfaces

Water supply quality, load-cell arrangement, liquid collection, discharge head and the transfer pump are part of the package.

Cleaning & maintenance access

Provide access around the discharge and agitation surfaces; validate removal of skin and fibre residues after emptying.
