DUTY 03F

In → process → out

Input
Frozen whole berries, identified as loose/IQF or blocked fruit; existing frozen pulp follows the prepared-pulp route.
Output
Material in a documented condition that the receiving and pulping equipment can handle.

The handling interface may require block opening, metered feeding and controlled tempering. The route is selected from the actual container and fruit form, not the word “frozen” alone.

What determines the configuration

Physical form

Record block dimensions or loose-fruit condition and the temperatures at receipt and processing.

Liquid handling

Decide whether thaw drip stays with the product; collect and measure any discarded stream.

Time history

Document waiting and transfer times as well as the temperature at the next machine.

Installation interfaces

Cold-store access, handling equipment, drainage and pulper feed limits must be resolved before selecting the preparation module.

Cleaning & maintenance access

Clean and drain contact surfaces after thawing runs; inspect areas where fruit fragments accumulate during block opening.
