DUTY 07

In → process → out

Input
Defined juice or puree, with pH, solids, particle condition, viscosity and incoming temperature.
Output
Product processed under a validated schedule and transferred to the agreed filling or storage boundary.

Heat exchange, holding, temperature measurement, flow control and the response to an out-of-condition product must be designed as one system.

What determines the configuration

Product envelope

Bring representative material and the intended storage/packaging conditions. Do not assume all goji products have the same acidity or heat response.

Validation

Define the responsible process authority, monitoring points, hold-time basis and disposition of diverted product.

Quality checks

Record colour, aroma, texture and fouling behaviour across the complete time-temperature history.

Installation interfaces

Utility quality/capacity, return circuits, cooling supply, pressure relationships and filler readiness determine line integration.

Cleaning & maintenance access

Validate cleaning against actual deposits. Inspect instrumentation and diversion function under an agreed commissioning procedure.
