GOJI / ENGINEERING

Goji berry process flow by incoming material

Follow receiving, preparation, pulping, transfer, post-treatment and filling across four distinct goji intake routes.

The first branch determines the preparation duty

Fresh fruit begins with receiving, sorting and a suitable wash/drain stage. Frozen whole fruit adds handling and preparation matched to loose or blocked berries. Dried berries require inspection and a defined rehydration boundary. Existing pulp enters after whole-fruit preparation, subject to its actual condition.

The shared downstream questions

After separation, match transfer and any deaeration to viscosity and air behaviour. Choose heat treatment from the product, storage and packaging specification. Concentration is an additional assessed branch, not a compulsory stage for every puree line.

Put control boundaries on the drawing

Mark receiving weight, added water, reject collection, product sampling, thermal release and filling. Make start-up, diversion and cleaning paths visible alongside the normal production route. Otherwise a neat flow diagram can hide the material that never reaches the final pack.
