GOJI / EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING
Goji Pulp Concentration: Evaporation & Line Interfaces
Define an evaporation duty for goji pulp using feed solids, final product condition, utilities and transfer requirements.
Define the water-removal duty
Concentration is an additional evaporation task rather than a change of name for a puree line. Establish feed solids, the desired final condition and the amount of feed at a defined point. Product tests and the selected operating conditions determine the appropriate arrangement.
Follow the concentrate beyond the evaporator
Review concentrated-product transfer, buffer inventory, thermal processing and the filling interface. Pumpability and retained material can change as water is removed. Identify how product, condensate, cleaning solution and diverted streams leave the supplied scope.
Compare the complete utility and cleaning scope
An equipment comparison needs the heating and cooling services, selected vacuum duty, cleaning circuits and installation interfaces. Product trials and agreed acceptance criteria should support any performance commitment.
- Feed condition and measured solids
- Required final condition and quantity boundary
- Available utilities and downstream packaging
Before you select equipment
Can nominal fruit throughput size an evaporator?
No. The evaporation duty needs the actual feed and final conditions, together with process and utility requirements.
Is concentration mandatory for goji puree?
No. It is selected when the product specification requires a separate water-removal duty.
