Goji Pulp Treatment and Filling Modules
Add a controlled downstream route to an existing pulp supply: buffer, condition where needed, heat-treat and fill compatible bulk bags.
- Incoming material
- Prepared goji pulp or juice with known solids, temperature, particles and previous treatment.
- Finished boundary
- Treated and packed product at the selected finished-product boundary.
Start where your existing process ends
This scope starts with accepted pulp rather than repeating whole-berry preparation. Define the supply form: a continuously pumped stream, emptied containers or a conditioned frozen pulp supply. Container emptying and thawing are interfaces to resolve, not machines silently included in the thermal skid.
Add the treatment the product actually needs
A buffer vessel stabilizes flow. Deaeration can address entrained air, while colloid milling and high-pressure homogenization perform different texture duties. An existing acceptable pulp may need none of those optional operations before its selected heat-treatment and filling sequence.
Tie the controls to both ends
Upstream availability, buffer level, product-release conditions and filler readiness need a defined control relationship. Establish the destination of start-up and diverted product and the isolation between production and cleaning. Reusing existing equipment depends on those physical and control interfaces.

Receive and buffer
Match the transfer connection and operating inventory to the accepted pulp supply.

Condition if the specification requires it
Choose the texture or air-removal duty from the incoming pulp and target product.

Thermal processing and bulk filling
Connect a suitable tubular system to the selected aseptic bag filling arrangement and cleaning circuits.

Optional concentration branch
Add evaporation only where a defined concentrate product requires water removal and the material supports the duty.
