Fruit Crusher for Goji Preparation
A rotor-and-screen crushing chamber reduces prepared fruit before controlled feeding to the separation stage.
GOJI PROCESSING / Separation
Two connected cylindrical working chambers combine pulping and subsequent refining in one machine family.

The reference assembly has two driven cylindrical bodies with an interstage connection. The first separates pulp from coarser material; the following refining duty adjusts the remaining fibre and coarse particles through the selected screen. The pulping and refining stages form one combined assembly.
Screen aperture influences retained texture, seed fragments, wet reject and flow. A finer screen may increase resistance and change what leaves with the reject. Evaluate both output streams with the same feed and sampling period instead of comparing only the appearance of a cup of puree.
A fluctuating hopper can overload a working chamber even when the average feed appears modest. Coordinate upstream feeding with chamber load and downstream buffer level. Keep the reject chute accessible and prevent its contents from rejoining the product transfer route.
| Model | Nominal fruit input (t/h) | Installed power (kW) |
|---|---|---|
| DJ-3 | 1–3 | 4 × 2 |
| DJ-5 | 5 | 7.5 × 2 |
| DJ-10 | 10 | 18.5 × 2 |
| DJ-15 | 15 | 30 + 18.5 |
| DJ-25 | 25 | 45 + 37 |
The model table describes nominal equipment-family input and power. It does not identify the pictured unit or promise goji product output.
Remove and inspect screens, seals and working elements using the agreed disassembly method. Check perforations for damage and residual fibres; retain clear access to both chamber ends. The DJ family lists 0.4–1.5 mm screens as configuration references. Model values are not goji trial results or a confirmed model match to the image.
No. The pulper and refiner separate pulp from seed and skin reject. Clarified juice needs a separately specified separation or clarification duty.
The DJ family lists 0.4–1.5 mm screens as configuration references. The choice depends on retained fibre, seed-fragment limits and the paired reject stream; it needs representative product trials.
No. Frozen and dried inputs need an assessed preparation step first. The pulper feed must be a prepared fruit or mash suitable for rotor-and-screen separation.
No. The DJ values are nominal equipment-family input and installed power, not goji product output or yield.
