A tank, pump and valve assembly circulates cleaning liquids through compatible closed product circuits.
Prepare, circulate and recover by circuit
The illustrated multi-vessel assembly provides distinct liquid storage with connected pumps and pipework. A selected cleaning sequence supplies the connected circuit, controls the relevant conditions and routes the return to recovery or drain as appropriate. Water, alkaline and acid duties remain identifiable.
A closed pipe circuit is different from an open belt
Product tanks, pipework and heat-treatment passages can be included when their fittings and flow paths support the required cleaning method. Open washing baths, inspection belts and exposed pulper parts still need their own accessible cleaning and inspection procedures. CIP does not make those tasks disappear.

Cleaning, access and maintenance
Check solution segregation, valves, seals and return routing. Prevent a production valve state from admitting cleaning solution to product. Cleaning effectiveness and final rinse acceptance are established for the actual circuit and soils; the image alone is not a validated cleaning record.

Does CIP clean the washer, belts and open pulper parts?
No. CIP applies to compatible closed product circuits. Open belts, baths and exposed machine parts still need accessible manual cleaning and inspection.
What cleaning sequence is provided?
The system family includes water, alkaline and acid tank arrangements with selected heating and PLC options. The actual sequence and verified conditions depend on the circuit and soils.
Can cleaning be validated from the equipment list alone?
No. Cleaning effectiveness and final-rinse acceptance must be established for the actual circuit, product residue and cleaning method.
