Physical equipment, connected as a system
The goji assembly reference shows a colloid mill, stainless buffer vessels and linked downstream processing equipment. The washing reference shows the bath, inclined belt, head drive and access platform together. These views help explain real access and transfer relationships; the process sequence below is a general arrangement, not a dimensioned plant layout.
From the feed point to the filled bag
A line scope identifies the received material, the first supplied machine, product and reject connections, the thermal/filling boundary and the last supplied handling point. Mark existing customer equipment and utilities on the same drawing so that an unassigned interface does not interrupt the production route.
Controls and interruption handling
Coordinate upstream run permission, buffer level, product flow, thermal release and filler readiness. Establish where start-up water, diverted product and cleaning return go. These decisions become the input/output and sequence description for the selected installation; they are not replaced by an equipment list.
Checks and documents for the agreed scope
The project specification should identify equipment drawings, connection and utility schedules, operation/cleaning instructions and the applicable inspection records. Water checks, product trials, factory acceptance and site acceptance answer different questions; define their material, duration, measurements and responsibilities in the order.
Maintenance belongs on the layout
Allow space to remove pulper screens, service the homogenizer, reach the elevator head and handle filling bags or drums. Include safe isolation and drain access. Equipment arranged tightly enough to block those tasks is not a finished integration solution.
