Goji Juice Processing Line: Pulp, Texture & Filling
Plan a goji juice equipment route and distinguish pulp-bearing juice from a separately specified clarified product.
Decide what juice means for your product
A pulp-bearing goji juice and a clarified juice require different separation boundaries. Define clarity, retained solids, texture and any formulation steps before comparing equipment. A pulper produces separated pulp; it does not, by itself, establish a clarified-juice specification.
Match preparation and conditioning to the feed
Inspection, suitable washing and controlled pulping prepare a whole-berry route. Existing pulp can enter the treatment module further downstream. High-pressure homogenization and deaeration address different product tasks and should be justified by your specification.
Specify the filling interface early
The available bulk route uses selected aseptic bags and fitments. If you need another finished pack, define its filler, product transfer and treatment interface separately. Compare the full route at the received fruit, process flow and packed-product boundaries.
- Pulp-bearing or clarified product target
- Received berries or existing pulp supply
- Bulk bag or separately specified pack
Before you select equipment
Is clarification included with the pulper?
No. A clarified-product separation duty must be specified separately.
Can I connect an existing juice filler?
The product condition, flow, treatment release and filler readiness need to be reviewed together before assigning the interface.
