Selecting an Aseptic Bag Filler for Goji Puree & Juice

Match goji bulk product, bag fitment, upstream treatment and cleaning duties when selecting an aseptic bag filling machine.

Begin with product and bag details

Identify the product condition and intended bulk bag/fitment. The filler selection needs the actual product interface and handling arrangement, including the bag or drum workflow where applicable. Another pack format needs its own specified filling scope.

Match the upstream process

Coordinate product release, transfer flow, buffer level and filler readiness. Define the response to interruptions and the destinations for start-up water, diverted product and cleaning returns.

Include cleaning and service connections

Review the selected filling head, product connections, utilities and cleaning sequence. Agree the documents and acceptance activities needed for the supplied installation rather than assuming performance from a machine photograph.

  • Product and expected flow at the filler
  • Bag and fitment specification
  • Treatment, cleaning and site service interfaces
YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you select equipment

Can the filler be added to an existing thermal unit?

The product condition, flow and operating/cleaning sequence must be assessed at the interface.

Are all aseptic bag fitments interchangeable?

The selected bag and fitment must be confirmed for the agreed filling equipment.
