Pressure generation and the working zone
The drive and pump assembly supply product to a restrictive homogenizing zone. The mechanical action changes the dispersed structure as product passes through. This is high-pressure homogenization, not high-pressure preservation of sealed packages.
Position it against the actual product and hygienic boundary
Feed consistency and air content affect pump operation. Discuss particle limits, suction conditions and heat generated during treatment with the required final texture. Its position before or after a thermal stage depends on the complete hygienic design; a generic machine photo does not establish an aseptic downstream arrangement.

Cleaning, access and maintenance
Follow the pressure-release procedure before opening product components. Inspect the working valve, seals and pump wear parts, and provide space to service them.
