Goji Pulp Buffer Tanks and Transfer
Stainless vessels and connected product pipework decouple uneven preparation from the more continuous treatment duty.
GOJI PROCESSING / Optional concentration
An evaporator adds a water-removal operation when the goji product and concentration target justify a separate concentration duty.

Heat supplies the evaporation duty and the vapour path removes water from the product system. Concentration changes the viscosity and subsequent transfer or thermal duty. Establish where the feed and final product are measured before comparing an evaporator with a fruit input capacity.
Single-, double- and multi-effect arrangements are equipment-family options. The visible vessels and platform do not identify a particular effect count or heating-surface design. Assess fouling, heat sensitivity, condensate management and final-product pumpability before selecting an arrangement.
| Useful capacity basis | Water evaporated per hour at specified feed and endpoint |
|---|---|
| Family arrangements | Single-, double- and multi-effect options |
| Feed inputs | Solids, viscosity, fibres/particles and previous heat exposure |
| Plant interfaces | Heating/vacuum/cooling duties, condensate and cleaning |
The visible assembly and equipment-family options guide selection; the selected model defines final dimensions, ratings and connections.
Provide access to product-contact surfaces and monitor deposits that reduce heat transfer. Check vacuum tightness, condensate routing, seals and pump access. No fixed goji Brix endpoint, evaporation rate or energy-saving percentage is inferred from this assembly photograph.
No. It is added only when the product specification requires a defined water-removal duty.
No. The evaporation duty needs feed solids, final condition, water to remove, viscosity and available utilities.
No fixed goji Brix endpoint is claimed. Product trials and the selected operating conditions establish the feasible final condition.
