Bubble Washer with Goji Berry Elevator
An integrated washing bath and inclined flighted belt wash berries and lift them toward the next operation.
GOJI PROCESSING / Preparation
A flat belt brings berries past accessible manual inspection positions before wet preparation or size reduction.

A continuous belt carries the fruit between side guides. Operators work along the accessible sides and remove visible defects into a separate reject collection route. The drive and local controls support controlled presentation of material; identification and rejection remain manual tasks.
The working height, reach across the belt and lighting affect the usefulness of each station. Keep the operator aisle, reject containers and access to emergency stopping clear. Set the feed layer so that berries beneath other berries are not hidden from inspection.

The visible assembly and equipment-family options guide selection; the selected model defines final dimensions, ratings and connections.
Remove loose debris before wet cleaning. Inspect belt tracking, tension, guides and the drive guard after cleaning. Isolate the drive before reaching a nip point or releasing belt tension; an open inspection conveyor is not a closed CIP circuit.
No. The reference arrangement is a flat inspection belt with manual visual removal. An optical sorter or automatic rejection system would be a separately specified machine, not part of this conveyor.
Presentation has to be assessed for the actual berry condition. The belt, side guides and discharge need to release wet or sticky fruit consistently; a different belt material or wash-down arrangement may be required.
State the received fruit condition, inspection rate and measurement point, working height, available floor space and the infeed height of the next machine.
Tell us the machine, product or starting material. The details can follow.
