Goji Berry Inspection Conveyor
A flat belt brings berries past accessible manual inspection positions before wet preparation or size reduction.
GOJI PROCESSING / Preparation
An integrated washing bath and inclined flighted belt wash berries and lift them toward the next operation.

The illustrated assembly combines a stainless washing vessel with an external air blower and a lifting belt. Air agitation moves water around the fruit surface. Water supply, overflow and a managed drain keep collected soil from circulating indefinitely; final water quality and replacement belong to the plant cleaning plan.
Transverse flights support fruit on the incline while the belt moves it to the upper discharge. The visible head drive, side guarding and access platform are part of this arrangement. Match the discharge height to the next hopper and provide a controlled drain path beneath the incline. Avoid a long free fall that bruises prepared berries.
Fresh berries, thawed fruit and rehydrated berries can tolerate different agitation and residence conditions. A soft or damaged batch should not be assigned the same washing duty without a handling assessment. This illustrated unit uses an agitated bath rather than a brush bed.
| Working elements | Air-agitated bath and flighted inclined elevator |

| Line interfaces | Fruit feed/discharge, water supply, overflow/drain and electrical supply |
| Configuration review | Bath loading, belt travel, discharge height and clean-water management |
The visible assembly and equipment-family options guide selection; the selected model defines final dimensions, ratings and connections.
Drain the bath and remove trapped plant matter from low points, belt flights and return sections. Isolate air and belt drives before opening guards. Check belt tracking and tension, accessible bearings and the head transfer area. Keep washdown water away from unprotected electrical components.
No. The available assembly uses an air-agitated immersion bath and a flighted inclined belt. Brush washing is a different mechanical arrangement and is not represented by this equipment.
Dried berries need a separately assessed rehydration step before washing or pulping. The bath is not a rehydration system, and its water balance must be designed for the actual intake.
The next hopper or conveyor, access platform, drain route and available headroom determine the elevation. The selected unit must be confirmed against those site dimensions.
