A bag filling assembly connects treated product with suitable aseptic bags and their specified fitments.
The bag fitment is part of the machine interface
The reference assembly shows filling positions and drum handling beneath the heads. A compatible bag fitment is presented to the filling interface, filled under the selected hygienic sequence and closed before removal. Head arrangement and bag handling are selected together.
Count the entire filling cycle
Bag positioning, interface preparation, actual product filling, closing and drum movement all consume time. Compare packaging configurations at the chosen bag size and product flow. A second position can support handling flexibility, but does not by itself prove a particular production rate.
Maintain the treatment-to-bag boundary
Product diversion, sterile utilities where specified, cleaning and the connection to the upstream thermal skid form a single operating boundary. A bag labelled aseptic is not enough to validate the filling route.

Cleaning, access and maintenance
Check head seals, fitment handling surfaces and measuring components. Keep bag-contact handling and product-contact cleaning procedures distinct. The family range covers alternative configurations, not every bag size on a single unchanged filling head.
Questions buyers ask about this machine
Does an aseptic bag create shelf life by itself?
No. The bag is one part of a system. Product formulation, validated thermal treatment, filling hygiene and storage conditions all need their own evidence.
Which bag sizes are available?
The equipment family references 1–220 L configurations. The selected head, fitment and outer drum or bin must be confirmed for the actual pack; not every size runs on one unchanged head.
Can I buy only the filler?
Yes, a single-machine enquiry is possible, but the upstream product condition, transfer, treatment release and cleaning interface must be stated.
