Goji Puree Processing Equipment & Line Selection

Choose washing, pulping, refining and bulk filling equipment for goji puree, with a clear texture target and material balance.

Build the line around the puree specification

A goji puree route begins with the texture you want to sell. Define retained fibre, acceptable seed fragments and the condition at filling before selecting individual machines. Received berries, separated pulp and packed puree are different measurement points; a machine capacity at one point does not describe the complete line.

Separate first, then adjust texture

The pulper and finisher separate pulp from seed and skin reject. A colloid mill works on the separated pulp when further size reduction is required. It does not replace the seed-separation step. Trial the chosen screen arrangement and compare pulp and reject together.

Connect treatment with the final pack

Buffer vessels, transfer, selected deaeration, tubular processing and aseptic bag filling form the downstream scope. Agree the product condition, bag and fitment, cleaning duties and utility connections as one configuration.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you select equipment

Do I need every machine in the catalogue?

No. Milling, homogenization, deaeration and concentration are selected for defined product duties rather than added automatically.

Can the pulper determine puree yield?

Representative berries and an agreed separation trial are needed. A nominal machine-family rating is not a goji yield guarantee.
