Vacuum Deaerator for Goji Puree

A vacuum vessel and transfer assembly reduce entrained air in an appropriately configured pulp stream.

Expose the product under vacuum

Product enters the vessel so that released gas can leave through the vacuum side while liquid is collected and transferred onward. The vessel, gas-removal connection and product pump must operate as one arrangement. Inlet distribution and foaming behaviour matter alongside the vacuum setting.

Keep deaeration stable as the pulp changes

A thick or foaming batch may behave differently from a low-viscosity liquid. Coordinate feed, level and outlet control to avoid pulling product into the vacuum circuit or starving the discharge. Select the vacuum duty from the actual material and temperature rather than a blanket air-removal percentage.

The visible assembly and equipment-family options guide selection; the selected model defines final dimensions, ratings and connections.

Cleaning, access and maintenance

Inspect seals, vacuum connections, level sensing and any product carryover trap. Include the vessel and connected product paths in the appropriate cleaning circuit. Restore the specified operating conditions before releasing product downstream.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Questions buyers ask about this machine

Does the deaerator remove a fixed percentage of air?

No blanket removal figure is claimed. Vacuum duty, inlet distribution, foam behaviour and product temperature determine the result for the actual pulp.

Why deaerate goji puree?

Entrained air can affect density, appearance, pump behaviour and downstream filling. The decision should follow a defined product or process problem, not an assumption.

Can it handle thick or foaming pulp?

That requires assessment. Feed, level and outlet control must prevent product carryover into the vacuum circuit and avoid starving the discharge.
