Goji Puree and Juice Processing Line
Process fresh goji berries through washing, preparation and pulp separation, then connect the chosen texture treatment and bulk filling route.
- Incoming material
- Fresh berries at receiving; frozen or dried whole-fruit preparation is a separately assessed front-end configuration.
- Finished boundary
- Puree or pulp-bearing juice at the specified texture, treatment and packaging boundary.
One berry route, an agreed product target
The same pulping route can supply different puree and juice specifications. Commercial names do not select a screen, solids content or clarity by themselves. Establish retained fibre, seed-fragment limits and whether the juice is intentionally cloudy. Clarified juice needs a separately specified separation step; no clarification machine is implied by the pulper.
Preparation changes with the incoming material
Fresh fruit enters inspection and washing. Frozen whole berries require suitable handling and tempering; purchased frozen pulp enters the downstream module instead. Dried berries need a controlled water-addition and drainage plan before separation. These are feed preparation configurations, not three interchangeable raw-material capacities.
Balance the route at the right measurement points
Received fruit mass, separated pulp flow and filled product are different operating quantities. Water addition, rejects, product remaining in equipment and cleaning transitions affect the balance. Select individual machines against the relevant stream and review the bottleneck over a complete production cycle.

Receive, inspect and wash
Spread berries for manual inspection, then use the integrated bubble bath and elevator when immersion washing suits the batch.

Prepare and separate
Optional crushing prepares the feed for the combined pulper and finisher. Collect seed/skin reject separately and assess it alongside the product.

Buffer and condition the pulp
A buffer assembly stabilizes the downstream supply. Select colloid milling, high-pressure homogenization or deaeration only for an identified product need.

Treat and pack
Coordinate tubular product treatment with the bag filling and cleaning sequences. Optional evaporation adds a separate concentration duty.
