GOJI / EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING

Bulk Goji Ingredients: Treatment & Aseptic Bag Filling

Specify goji puree or juice bulk treatment, aseptic bag fitments, cleaning interfaces and acceptance responsibilities.

Treat the pack as part of the process

A bulk bag, its fitment, the product condition and the selected filler need to work together. Specify the intended puree or juice, receiving format and bulk handling before finalizing the treatment and filling module.

Coordinate product release and filler readiness

Thermal processing, product transfer and the filler require an agreed operating sequence. Define what happens during start-up, stoppages, product diversion and cleaning. An equipment list alone does not assign these interfaces.

Agree the evidence for the finished system

Product trials, water checks and acceptance activities answer different questions. State the material, sampling, measurements, responsibilities and documentation for your selected installation. No universal treatment setting or shelf life should be assumed from the bag format.

  • Product condition and pack specification
  • Selected bag/fitment and handling arrangement
  • Cleaning, utility and acceptance scope
YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you select equipment

Does an aseptic bag establish shelf life?

No. Product formulation, validated processing, filling and storage conditions require their own defined evidence.

Can the bag filler be purchased separately?

Yes, enquire about the machine with the upstream product-treatment and transfer interfaces clearly identified.

LET’S DISCUSS YOUR EQUIPMENT
