GOJI / EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING
Goji Pulp Processing: Treatment & Filling Modules
Add transfer, texture treatment, tubular processing and aseptic filling to an existing goji pulp supply.
Start where the pulp arrives
If pulp is already available, washing and whole-fruit separation may not belong in the supplied scope. Describe how the pulp arrives, its condition, retained particles, handling temperature and required finished product. The module starts at an agreed receiving connection or vessel.
Select only the conditioning you need
A buffer stabilizes downstream supply. Colloid milling, high-pressure homogenization and deaeration serve different requirements. Assess each against the supplied pulp and desired product, including pumpability and the interfaces with tubular processing.
Make the handover to filling explicit
Define thermal release, filler readiness, cleaning return, start-up water and interruption handling. Confirm bag fitments, product-flow requirements and utility duties in the agreed equipment configuration.

- Required conditioning and product specification
- Treatment, pack and existing-site interfaces
Before you select equipment
Do I need a full berry line for bought-in pulp?
Not necessarily. A treatment and filling module can begin with your existing pulp supply.
What information defines the receiving connection?
Describe the supply vessel or pack, receiving rate, product condition and the equipment already installed.
