Dried Goji Berry to Pulp: Preparation & Equipment

Plan dried goji berry preparation, water addition and pulping without confusing dry input with prepared-pulp throughput.

Keep dry input separate from prepared feed

Dried berries require an assessed preparation stage before pulp separation. Record the received dry quantity, added water, drained streams and prepared feed. A dry-berry rate cannot be exchanged for a fresh-fruit or pulp-flow rating without actual process measurements.

Review handling before choosing the front end

Define the prepared fruit condition and how it reaches the pulper. Washing agitation, residence and transfer must suit the material after preparation; do not assume the fresh-berry front end is suitable unchanged. Crushing is optional and should be evaluated against seed-fragment separation.

Measure a representative trial

Record water addition, reject collection, separated pulp and retained product over the same batch boundary. These observations help select the feed arrangement, pulper configuration and buffer duty.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you select equipment

Is rehydration a separate machine family here?

It is a feed-preparation configuration. The equipment scope must be selected for the actual water-addition, holding, handling and drainage requirements.

Which capacity should I send?

Send the quantity and its boundary, for example dry berries received per batch, and describe any known added water.
